With a hint of Lilly Allen and a touch of Kate Bush, Juliana Meyer has reached the top spot with Holding up the sky. This song has a lot to offer and moves seemlessly from section to section. The good quality in production really brings the best in this song out despite a rather unnatural sounding acoustic guitar. It will be interesting to see if Julianna's fan base keep her at number for next week's chart enhancing her chances of landing the top prize.

Juliana has been trying to establish her act over the past few years and is musically going from strength to strengh. Interesting work! 'Skeletons of heaven' may not be produced to the quality of this week's other number 1's but there is something about it. What? The answer is passion and the love for what he is doing really stands out. I'm certain that live this song would come accross much better and so we would be interested to see Elliot performing live. Stop the Motion Theory
Perhaps an unlikely find at number 1 with no votes in the Rock chart this week but finally we have a track with a really PHAT sound. The bass really punches and the music is sweet.
These guys at least deserve a vote or two if you want to see them on the next showing of TopoftheOx Live.
