The Gallery

It’s always great to hear bands that have energy. It separates them from the masses of bands that perform like there is nothing to live for. The Gallery are one of these great bands. This week they have reached number 1 in both the Rock chart with ‘The World’s In My Hands’ and number 1in the Acoustic chart with ‘Lost and Lonely’. Not only that, by chance they are also our song of the week.  A BIG congratulations goes out to the band with two killer tracks to set them on their way in the competition. Despite being late entries into the charts the band have a great chance of success with music that oozes quality. With two gigs listed in February this is an act you can’t afford to miss. If anything can be said, it would be great to see the band with a bigger string of performances to choose from. Take nothing away from the music but the band would also benefit from a top notch recording.  

Since Julia Meyer topped the charts last week we have seen the return of the Max, Kevin McGowan and Elliot Charlton at number one in their respective charts. Each of these artist are trying to drum up sufficient votes from their fans to ensure their place to record on the next Rockhopper recording Feb 27th in Northampton.
