Voting your constitutes your agreement to the TopoftheOx Terms and Conditions.  TopoftheOx reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.

1. You can vote by sending an SMS/Text Message
2. NNC is short for Normal Network Charge
3. As of 10 April 2010 each SMS/Text message sent to 64343 costs £1.00 plus your standard network charge and will register on our system as one vote
4. Please note that any text votes accidentally sent to other numbers may still be charged at another rate
5. If you are not the bill payer you should seek the permission of the person responsible for paying the phone bill before voting via SMS/Text Message
6. You must ensure that all care is taken when sending text messages to the SMS/Text Message numbers. It is your responsibility to send the correct message
7. You can vote multiple times but a daily limit may be imposed
8. The charges for all SMS/Text Message voting services will appear on your telephone or mobile bill. All queries in relation to billing should be directed to your telephone or mobile carrier
9. TopoftheOx reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel a vote and to update these terms and conditions without notice. These will be published on our website
10. Response times for SMS/Text Message return response messages may vary and are subject to network coverage and availability, alert volumes, the memory of the SIM card inside your mobile phone (or equivalent) not being full and/or any technical problems
11. TopoftheOx will retain the phone number from which the SMS/Text Message vote was received and will notify you from time to time of the winners, new TopoftheOx competitions and services
12. We will not sell your information to any third party or share it for the purposes of their own agenda
13. TopoftheOx uses a third party to provide the technical functionality of the SMS/Text Message service and gathering the SMS/Text Message votes. We are not responsible for any errors or votes not received
14. All SMS/Text Message votes received will receive a reply confirmation message. In times of high entry volumes some delays may occur in the delivery of this reply message
15. Votes via SMS/Text Message are not updated on the site in real time. Usually, vote updates occur as publicised
16. TopoftheOx reserves the right to update the website with the latest vote counts more often or less often then once per week, as TopoftheOx sees fit
